Ingredients White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

  • Softened unsalted butter (240g)
  • Granulated sugar (240g)
  • Brown sugar (240g)
  • 2 large eggs
  • Vanilla extract (5.69g)
  • All-purpose flour (600g)
  • Baking soda (5.69g)
  • Salt (5.69g)
  • White chocolate chips (240g)
  • Coarsely chopped macadamia nuts (240g)

Instructions White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

Set your oven and preheat to 375°F (190°C). In a large mixing bowl, apply the cream to the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter. Continue creaming until they turn fluffy and light. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.

Put the salt, baking soda, and flour in a separate mixing bowl and whisk properly. Combine the butter mixture with the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.

Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a greased or lined baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden brown. Let the cookies cool off the baking sheet for about 5 minutes. Afterward, allow them to cool off on a wire rack.
