- ½ teaspoon of salt

- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder

- ⅔ cup of sugar
- ⅓ cup of oil
- 1 ½ cups of fresh and pulp mangoes
- 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour
Method Vegan Mango Cake
Put the baking soda, baking powder, salt, and plain flour in a bowl and sieve it to allow them to mix well. Afterward, place it aside but ensure the oven is heated to 180 degrees Celsius.
Next, put the vanilla extract, oil, sugar, and mangoes in a mixing bowl and whisk properly. Pour in the sifted flour and whisk properly till the flour is well mixed.
Use oil to grease a baking tin and put all the batter inside. Then, put the tin in the oven and allow it to bake at 180 degrees Celsius. Ensure it bakes until the toothpick you insert into the middle comes clean. Usually, this takes up to 4 minutes.
Afterward, bring out the tin and allow it to cool off for 10-15 minutes. Then you can cut a slice and begin enjoying it with a tall glass of juice or tea/coffee.
