Pavlova Bites. Do you love Strawberry, Cardamom, and Pistachio Pavlova Bites and have always wanted to make them? Check out this quick recipe to make this delicious dessert! 

Ingredients Pavlova Bites

  • Finely chopped pistachios (125 g)
  • Hulled small strawberries (16)
  • Ground cardamom (½ teaspoon)
  • Confectioners’ sugar (125g)
  • Heavy cream (250g)
  • Granulated sugar (220g)
  • Cream of tartar (a pinch)
  • Large egg whites (5)

Procedure Pavlova Bites

  • Use parchment paper to line the baking sheet and set the oven to 200°F. 
  • Trace and cut 16 small, evenly spaced circles on the parchment paper using a 1½-inch-diameter cookie cutter. 
  • Turn the paper over.
  • Next, set out your electric mixer bowl and put the whip attachment inside. 
  • Then, add the cream of tartar and egg whites before whipping properly at medium-high speed. The mixture must look foamy before you stop, which usually takes about 2 minutes.
  • Slowly and steadily put the granulated sugar in the mixture, then whip. 
  • Keep whipping the raw mixture till it reaches stiff peaks. 
  • Pour the mixture into a piping bag that possesses a large star strip. Use a tablespoon to scoop 2 tablespoons of each mixture into each cut circle on the parchment paper. 
  • Then, use the spoon to spread the mixture in each circle evenly.
  • Place it in the oven and allow to bake till the meringues become crisp and dry. It usually takes between 2-3 hours to attain this. 
  • Next, put it inside a rack to cool off before whipping the cream to soft peaks. 
  • Fill the center of each meringue with a scoop of whipped cream, then put the strawberry on the whipped cream. 
  • Lastly, add some pistachios, then serve.
