Ingredients Casserole
- 4 cups of prepared leftover stuffing, divided.
- 4 cups of leftover cooked turkey that has been chopped finely and weighs about 1 lb.
- ¾ cup of mayonnaise (divided)
- ¼ cup of cranberry sauce
- 2 cups of leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 ½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Methods Casserole
- Set the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Use nonstick cooking spray to coat an 8-inch baking dish.
- All of the turkey should be layered on top of the turkey and half of the stuffing.
- Spread 1/4 cup mayo and 1/4 cup cranberry sauce over the turkey in an equal layer.
- Spread 1/4 cup mayo and 1/4 cup cranberry sauce over the turkey in an equal layer.
- Spread evenly on top of the cranberry sauce mixture after combining the potatoes, cheese, and remaining 1/2 cup of mayo in another bowl.
- Add the remaining stuffing on top.
- Cook for 25 minutes, or until well heated.
