Ingredients Keto Hazelnut Truffles
- 2 bars of Sukrin Milk Chocolate (80g)
- 30 ml of thick cream
- Hazelnut extract, 1/4 tsp.
- 2 to 3 vanilla drops
- Crushed 1/4 cup of roasted hazelnuts
Instructions Keto Hazelnut Truffles
Step 1
- Spread the hazelnuts on a small sheet pan and toast them in the oven when your oven has been preheated to 350°C.
- Within 10 minutes, the hazelnuts should be lightly toasted. Then steam for 5 minutes while covered with a fresh tea towel
- Scrub vigorously with the towel to peel their bitter skins off, then leave to cool.
Step 2
- Chop the chocolate bars into chunks, the size of chocolate chips, and place them in a microwave-safe dish.
- Add the heavy cream, and then heat for 50 to 70 seconds.
(Please note that 3 minutes of sitting time is required for the chocolate)
- After that, gently whisk the chocolate and heavy cream together.
- Mix in the hazelnut and vanilla flavors.
- Refrigerate for the night.
