Ingredients Keto Almond Coconut Pie

  • Natural almonds, 3/4 cup
  • Coconut flour, 1/3 cup
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 1/4 cup of erythritol-based sweetener in granules (like Swerve)
  • Sea salt, fine, 1/8 teaspoon
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • One tablespooon of cold water

Procedures Keto Almond Coconut Pie

  1. Turn on the oven at 190°Celsius / 375 F oven place a rack in middle. 
  2. Next, combine the almonds, coconut flour, shredded coconut, sugar, and salt in the bowl of a steel-blade blender. 
  3. Using 10 to 12 lengthy pulses, process the almonds until they resemble coarse cornmeal but still have fragments of the nuts visible. 
  4.  Add your butter and make it clump with 8 to 10 pulses. 
  5. Add the cold water to the mixture, then pulse a couple more times to get a perfect blend.
  6. On a 9-inch pie plate, transfer the dough. 
  7. Once the crust is equally spread on the bottom and sides of the dish and is approximately 1/4 inch thick, push it up the dish’s sides while pressing it outward and inward.
  8. Finally, place the pie crust on a rimmed baking sheet, lightly covered with aluminum foil, and bake for 22 to 25 minutes on the center rack until it is golden and dry.
  9.  To cool, set aside for a few minutes.
