Ingredients Chocolate Hazelnut Pancakes Recipe
- ¾ cup flour
- ½ cup dark unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 Tbs sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbs butter melted
- 1 ½ cups buttermilk
- 4 Tbs Nutella
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
Instructions Chocolate Hazelnut Pancakes Recipe
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Add egg, butter and milk and beat well
- Preheat non-stick pan or griddle, grease with butter or vegetable oil
- Spoon batter onto hot pan, cook until there are little bubbles on the pancake
- Flip and finish cooking, then place on a plate
- Serve pancakes with a tablespoon of Nutella (optional) and 2 tablespoons of chopped hazelnuts.
* Optional: Add powdered sugar, honey or syrup
