Almond Flour Brownies are incredibly delicious. They are sweet, ultra-fudgy, and of course, addictive. These delicious brownies are made using simple ingredients. And to top it off, they are naturally grain-free! Here are the unique ingredients to use:

Ingredients Almond Flour Brownies

  • Melted Butter (71g or five tablespoons) 
  • Salt (½ teaspoon)
  • Sugar (347g or 1 ¾ cups)
  • Large eggs (three)
  • Vanilla extract (one teaspoon)
  • Baking powder (one teaspoon)
  • 64g or ¾ cup of Unsweetened Cocoa (Dutch Process or Natural)
  • Almond flour (144g or 1 ½ cups)

Instructions Almond Flour Brownies

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Then, grease a one-inch round pan or eight-inch square pan. You must also ensure the pan you use is at least two-inch deep. 
  • Mix your sugar, cocoa, melted butter, salt, eggs, and vanilla in a medium-sized bowl. Then, add the baking powder and the almond flour and stir together. 
  • Spread the butter evenly on the prepared pan. 
  • Bake your brownies for at least 33 minutes until the top of the brownies is set. Also, put a toothpick morning cake tester in the center. If it comes out clean or nearly clean with a few wet crumbs, then it’s ready. Also, check if the tip of the tester has a tiny touch of chocolate. If it does, it’s done. 
  • Gently remove the brownies and let them cook for about 20 minutes. Then, you can start cutting them to the desired shape. Also, ensure you cover your brownies tightly with plastic after cooling. 

Store your Almond Flour Brownies at room temperature. They will last for many days. However, if you want them to last longer, put them in your refrigerator.
