Ingredients Chocolate Bark
- Dried cranberries (60.61 g / 2.15 oz.)
- Shelled pistachios (61.5 g / 2.10 oz.)
- White chocolate (453.59 g / 1 pound)
Procedure Chocolate Bark
- Start by setting your double boiler to melt the white chocolate.
- Afterward, use parchment paper for the baking sheet.
- After melting the chocolate, remove from heat and allow to cool off for a few minutes on a rack.
- Next, put in the cranberries and pistachios, then mix.
- Prepare your pan and pour the chocolate mixture evenly into it.
- Keep in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, which is usually the time for the mixture to set.
- Cut the bark into pieces and place it in an airtight container before storing it in the refrigerator.
