Ingredients Pineapple Cake

For the Cake

  • Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
  • Pineapple with juice (20 ounces)
  • Large eggs (2)
  • Baking soda (2 teaspoons)
  • White sugar (2 cups)
  • All-purpose flour (2 cups)

For the Frosting

  • Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
  • Confectioners’ sugar (1 ½ cups)
  • Soft and unsalted butter (½ cup)
  • Cream cheese (1 8-ounce package)

Method Pineapple Cake

Get a 9×13 baking dish and grease while you heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine the baking soda, white sugar, and flour in a large bowl and create a well in the center of the mixture. Put and perfectly combine the vanilla, pineapple with juice, and eggs. 

Then put the whole mixture into the prepared baking dish. Place the mixture in a heated oven until and bring out only if it comes out clean after inserting a toothpick. That should ordinarily take about 45 minutes.

Place the butter and cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth for the frosting. Put and beat the vanilla and confectioners’ sugar until it turns creamy. Put the frosting on the cake and spread. Enjoy every bite of your pineapple cake.
