Method Peanut Butter Cake
Grease your baking sheet and preheat your oven setting it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Put the baking soda, white sugar, and flour in an electric mixer bowl, then whisk. Add a teaspoon of the vanilla extract, eggs, and 1⁄2 cup of milk to the mixture and mix with low pressure until it turns smooth.
Put the 1/2 cup of peanut butter, vegetable oil, ½ cup of butter, and water and cook and stir in a saucepan. Ensure the heat is at medium level and that you stir the mixture until it becomes smooth. Typically, this takes about 5 minutes.
Add the peanut butter mixture to the flour mixture and stir properly. You must keep stirring until the batter becomes well mixed. Afterward, pour it into the baking sheet you initially prepared. Then, put the mixture in the oven and let it bake for about 20 minutes. You cannot remove the cake from the oven until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Next, melt 1⁄2 cup of peanut butter and ½ cup of butter in a saucepan with medium heat. They must become smooth before you remove them. Then, put in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and ⅓ cup of milk. Add sugar and whisk until you notice that the icing is smooth. It usually takes 3-5 minutes to complete the process. Afterward, put the icing on the cake.
