Ingredients Keto Protein Bars
- 1 cup of Hazelnuts, dry-roasted
- ½ cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
- ¼ cup of collagen
- 1 teaspoon of monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Salt, ⅛ teaspoon
- 1 ounce of dark chocolate (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (optional)
Method Keto Protein Bars
- Add hazelnuts and coconut shreds to a food processor and blend to get fine flour.
- Add salt, monk fruit, vanilla, and collagen. When squeezed together, the mixture should retain its shape and begin to clump.
- Use your hands to firmly press the mixture into an 8″ by 4″ baking pan after placing it there.
- Give the bars an hour to freeze so they can set.
- Take out of the freezer, then divide into 8 separate bars.
