Ingredients Kale with Sunflower Seeds Stew
- Assorted cooked meat
- Pepper
- Onions
- Salt
- Habanero peppers (2)
- Msg-free bouillon powder (2 tablespoons)
- Black pepper (1 tablespoon)
- Garlic (4 cloves)
- Large onion (1)
- Small peeled ginger root (1)
- Oil (½ cup)
- Toasted sunflower seeds (½ cup)
- Fresh soft kale (4 cups)
- Bell peppers (4 red)
Method Kale with Sunflower Seeds Stew
Blend the garlic clove, hot pepper, ginger, onion, and bell peppers, and keep aside. Puree the toasted flaxseed finely using sufficient water to ease processing. Pour the oil into the cooking pan and heat it over medium heat before frying the bell pepper mixture.
Allow it to cook for 5 minutes or more till the oil is visible at the top, and the liquid and oil reduce well. Put in the sunflower seeds and your puree, then place the lid over it and allow to cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the cooked meat, stir it and place the lid over the pot allowing it to cook for about 5 minutes. Put in the salt, bouillon, and kale, then stir again. Allow about 3 minutes of cooking before adding the hot pepper and sliced onion and black pepper.
Next, leave to cook for about 3 minutes before serving according to your wish after removing it from heat. Enjoy your Croatian meal in the way you prefer it to be done.
