- Then drain and rinse.
- Blend the cashews in the blender with three to four cups(720-960 ml) of water. Blend it on high for 30 seconds to one minute or until it is smooth and frothy.
- Dates, honey, or maple syrup can be added as a sweetener (optional).
- Or sea salt, cocoa powder, or vanilla extract can also be added if desired.
- You do not have to strain cashew milk through a thin towel or cheesecloth but can simply store it in a jar directly.
