Homemade Cashew DrinkRecipe Ingredients
- Water (2 liters)
- Pitted and chopped Medjool dates (45g)
- Halved and dried apricots (4)
- Cashews (250g)
Homemade Cashew Drink Directions
- Get a big bowl and put the apricots and cashews inside.
- Add enough cold water to cover the apricots and cashews, then leave to soak for about 2 hours at room temperature.
- Separate the nuts from the water using a strain, then throw away the soaking water.
- Add 1 liter of water, Medjool dates, the soaked apricots, and cashews into a blender, then blend.
- Allow turning smooth before you remove it from the blender, then use a sieve to get the liquid into a bowl with a fine sieve to filter.
- Next, add more water but not excess.
- Then put it in the fridge until cold.
- You can store this cashew drink in the fridge for up to 1 week.
