Ingredients Goji Berry Lemonade
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice (62.5g)
- Filtered water (1000g)
- Goji berries (6 tablespoons)
Method Goji Berry Lemonade
- Prepare a jar and add the goji berries, then pour in sufficient water.
- Allow it to stay overnight in the water till it turns soft and the water becomes reddish. (The berries must become plump before you remove them from the water too)
- If you cannot wait for a day, you can heat the water and leave it inside for about 30 minutes.
- Remove the water from the berries and put them in the refrigerator while you store the berries for use another time.
- Pour in the lemon juice and mix.
- Then put in a sprig of mint and serve.
