Ingredients Chocolate Hazelnut Gujiya
- Hazelnut paste (30g)
- Melted butter (40g)
- Castor sugar (80g)
- Chilled water (80-90 Ml)
- Desi ghee (125g)
- Refined flour (1/2 Kg)
- Calle Baut chocolate (300g)
- Frying oil
Cooking Method Chocolate Hazelnut Gujiya
Put the desi ghee in the flour, then make to become dough. Mix the hazelnut paste, melted butter, caster sugar, and calle baut chocolate over a double boiler. Put out the heat when the butter fully absorbs and allow it to become room temperature.
Allow thickening, then put it in the gujiya before styling them using available molds. After stuffing all the gujiyas, keep them in the deep freezer for one hour. Then while over moderate heat, fry. At this point, you are free to serve them. Enjoy this chocolate hazelnut gujiya
