Banana Juice. This creamy banana juice consists of water or milk, honey, apple, and ripe bananas. The milk and honey add an extra flavor making the juice more delightful. Great to start your day with!
Ingredients Banana Juice
- Water or milk (375 ml)
- Honey (1 tablespoon)
- Cored and chopped apple (125 ml)
- Sliced large bananas (2)
Method Banana Juice
- Wash and pat dry the apples and bananas.
- Peel the apples and bananas and ensure to cut the apples into halves while you cut the bananas into slices.
- Cut a portion of the apples into medium pieces while you retain the other half for later use.
- Set your blender and add honey, apple pieces, banana chunks, and water or milk inside, then blend till it becomes a smooth puree.
- You can top up with more water or milk if it’s too thick and blend for about 5 seconds.
- Serve your banana juice with a banana wheel garnish. You can serve at room temperature, store it in a refrigerator, and serve it chilled.
- A great alternative to taking a banana-filled drink is to have a banana-filled snack.
