- Four pieces of 1 1/2 chicken breasts

- One tablespoon of sage fresh, finely chopped
- Black pepper to taste
- One egg
- ¾ teaspoon of poultry seasoning
- ¾ teaspoon of sea salt
- ¾ cup of almond
Procedure Almond and Herb Crusted Chicken
Start by marinating the ingredients and then add them to the chicken. Proceed to mix them till they coat evenly. You can allow your mixture to marinate either for 20 minutes or overnight. Then, Preheat your oven to about 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Add your eggs to a bowl and beat it. Next, add the almond coating to a different bowl and mix till it combines.
Take your chicken piece by piece and dip it into the egg wash. Then, dip your chicken into the almond flour mixture. The almond flour must touch every part of your chicken. Next, place the chicken onto a baking tray. You should use parchment paper as it would make it easy for you to remove the chicken from the pan. Place it directly onto a baking sheet and grease it with olive oil to achieve a brown color.
Proceed to bake for fifteen minutes and then carefully flip over. At this point, the coating should be soft and fragile. The coating will get brown as it continues to bake. Then, bake for an extra thirty minutes for it to get even browner.
