Tailgating is a Game Day tradition, no matter what sport. Here are 7 healthy tailgating snacks. It is a time for fans to gather together, support their favorite teams, and share the best pre-game snacks. Though some consider socializing the best part about tailgating, we insist it’s the food. 

Everyone loves a good snack! It can help energize you and get you excited for the game soon ahead. Snacks don’t always have to be unhealthy; in fact, healthy snacks are a better choice to get everyone pumped up and feeling good.

How did tailgating begin?
