Ingredients Almond Beverage
- Ground cinnamon (1/8 teaspoon)
- Vanilla extract (½ teaspoon)
- Sugar (3 tablespoons)
- Water (750 ml)
- Blanched almonds (500 ml)
Method Almond Beverage
- Use 3 layers of cheesecloth to line a sieve and keep it aside.
- Put the almonds in a blender and use water to purée them into a smooth liquid.
- Let is sit for about 10 minutes before you begin straining out the liquid with a spoon’s back.
- Use a sieve to strain and get rid of the entire residue. Put in the leftover ingredients and mix appropriately by stirring.
- Finally, serve the drink warm or cold.
