Ingredients Keto Cucumber Walnut Salad

  • 1-inch cucumber
  • 100 g of walnuts
  • Feta cheese, 3 ounces
  • Black olives, 1/4 cup
  • One-fourth cup of milk chocolate cherry
  • Three tablespoons of full-fat Greek yogurt
  • Lemon juice, 2 teaspoons
  • A half-teaspoon of dried dill
  • One-half teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt as desired

Procedures Keto Cucumber Walnut Salad

  1. Add the walnuts to a frying pan set over medium heat and stir for three minutes. 
  2. Next, the greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, and salt should all be combined in a bowl.
  3. Make cucumber slices and add them to cherry tomatoes, black olives, feta cheese, and walnuts in a separate bowl.
  4. Add the Greek yogurt mixture by stirring and thoroughly mix to evenly coat all the ingredients.
  5. Add dill as a garnish. Serve and savor!
