Ingredients Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal
- ½ cup of oats
- Sliced pieces of 1 small banana
- One full tablespoon of raisins
- 1 cup of water or non-dairy milk
- A tablespoon of your preferred nut butter (such as coconut butter, peanut butter, and so on)
- One full tablespoon of cinnamon and a pinch of salt
Optional ingredients include: 1 teaspoon of maple syrup and one tablespoon of flaxseed
Procedure Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal
- Combine your oats, sliced bananas, salt, flaxseed, cinnamon, raisins, and lastly, water or non-dairy milk in a pot
- Mix thoroughly until every ingredient blends appropriately.
- Over medium heat, cook your mixture for about 8 to 10 minutes or till the banana melts, and you have a thicker consistency.
- At the same time, you can quickly prepare a topping of sliced bananas, raisins, cinnamon, and coconut butter to taste.
- Pour into a bowl and serve with the topping.
