Essential Ingredients For Almond Granola Bars
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1 cup of raw almonds
- Two full tablespoons of sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup of natural honey
- ⅓ cup of almond or peanut butter.
Optional ingredients may include: A pinch of salt, spices, dried fruits (Raisins, banana chips, apricot, and so on)
Procedure Almond Granola Bars
- Roast a mixture of the rolled oats and sunflower seeds for at least 12 minutes or until they turn golden
- In a clean bowl, mix the natural honey, and almond butter
- Add the roasted nuts and seeds to the honey and butter mixture (Don’t forget to add your salt)
- Next, pour the mix into a tray or bowl (with parchment paper)
- Add your dried fruits (such as peanuts, walnut, pecans, and so on) and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes
- Cut into bar shapes and enjoy!
