- A pinch of salt
- Dates (3-6)
- Cinnamon (1 tablespoon)
- Ginger (1 inch)
- Carrots (2)
- Water (24oz)
- Pumpkin seeds (5oz)
Pumpkin Seed Carrot Milk Recipe Steps
- Set a jar and add water, a pinch of salt, and pumpkin seeds.
- Allow to soak for about 8-14 hours, then rinse the seeds and filter.
- Add the soaked seeds with the water in a blender, then allow them to blend at a high level for about 2-3 minutes.
- The seeds must be wholly ground.
- Next, sieve the water using a muslin or nylon milk bag.
- Squeeze the nylon milk or muslin bag to get all the liquid, then drink for about 3 days if you wish.
- Preserve the drink in the fridge to enjoy it cold, or take it warm if you prefer.
