Ingredients Pistachio Crusted Salmon
- Pistachios
- Honey
- Lemon juice
- Mustard
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Pepper
- Salt
- Wild salmon – filets 6 ounces of each 175 grams
Method Pistachio Crusted Salmon
Prepare the salmon by rinsing and drying it, then place it on a lined baking sheet. Add pepper and salt to the season before tasting to know it’s sufficient. Place the salmon on a parchment-lined quarter sheet baking pan.
Put the pistachios as a topping, then mix the honey, lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, and garlic in a small bowl. Place about ¾ of this mixture on the salmon, ensuring it is well spread. Put the pistachios in what’s left of the mix and stir for proper mixing.
Use a spoon to put the mixture containing the pistachio on the salmon and push it into the salmon with the back of a spoon. Place in the oven to bake for about 40 minutes at 375 Fahrenheit. The salmon must be flaky before you take it out of the oven and allow it to cook off for about 5 minutes. Then you can enjoy the meal after serving.
