Ingredients Pineapple And Banana Pancakes
- Maple syrup
- Greek yogurt
- Sunflower oil
- Milk (100ml)
- Egg (1)
- Light muscovado sugar (3 tbsp)
- Cinnamon (1 tsp)
- Baking powder (1 tsp)
- Self-raising flour (100g)
- 1 sliced banana
- Drained or fresh canned pineapple (100g/4oz)
Method Pineapple And Banana Pancakes
- Slice the banana and chop the pineapple, then add sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and flour into a mixing.
- Create a hole in the center of the mixture and add the egg. Thoroughly mix the egg with the flour and milk to make the batter soft. Add the banana and pineapple and stir.
- Use a frying pan that is non stick and add some oil in the pan. Allow pan to heat for a little bit so its hot. Add a tablespoon of batter into the pan. As soon as the batter star to bubble on the surface of the pancakes, flip them over and leave them until they are light golden.
- Do the same for all the batter, and while warm, serve after pouring a little maple syrup and a spoonful of yogurt on 2-3 pancakes.
- To get fancy add some pecans or other toppings to your liking!
